Quilting Gallery Basket Swap

The blue and white basket I made for my partner in the Quilting Gallery swap.  This is my second one and I have an owl one in the works.  The bags are from the same pattern, but I wanted mine a little larger so I added another 2.5 strip.  There are zippers at the top of both bags. 

Where does the time go?

It is official - I am going to retire on May 31st with 23 years of government service.  In the mean time, it is so hard to stay focused at work.  I am counting down the days!  Here are a few items I have made recently.

I am anxiously awaiting my swap partner info.  I have made one already for a granddaughter.  So cute, I can think of a lot of things to use these for.
